Tony Noh is an associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Capital Markets Practice. He represents public and private companies, as well as investment banks, in a variety of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and private placements. He also advises clients on public company reporting and compliance, corporate governance, and other securities law matters, with a focus on the technology and life sciences sectors.
Tony previously practiced in the firm’s Finance Department.
He earned his J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he served as an executive editor of the Northwestern Journal of International Law & Business. During law school, he also externed at the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
