Tommaso Erlicher is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Structured Finance Practice.

Tommaso represents banks, issuers, underwriters, investors, borrowers, lenders, funds, and other financial institutions in a variety of structured asset-based financing transactions, with a focus on the securitization and other asset-based financing of non-traditional assets. 

Tommaso maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum in partnership with IRAP.

Prior to joining Latham, Tommaso worked in the capital markets practice at a Magic Circle firm, focusing on structured notes and derivatives.

While at law school, Tommaso served as treasurer of the Global Law Students Association.
