Tim Wilt is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.
Tim serves a range of public and private clients, including private equity funds, national banks, REITs, operating companies, and sovereign wealth funds on transactions across a variety of asset classes.
Tim’s practice includes:
single-asset and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions
joint venture formation, including programmatic joint ventures, preferred equity structures, and equity recapitalizations
borrower-side and lender-side single-asset and portfolio debt financings, including mezzanine and construction financings
workouts and restructurings
management agreements, franchise agreements and similar operations contracts
Tim frequently provides pro bono legal services to the Cancer Advocacy Project of the City Bar Justice Center, the NYC Business Solutions Center, and other clients.
