Tim Robinson is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice.

Tim advises on a range of lending, restructuring, and insolvency matters (including contentious and non-contentious, and in-court and out-of-court processes), acting for corporates, lenders, funds, directors, officeholders, and government clients.

Prior to joining Latham, Tim practiced at top-tier law firms in both London and New Zealand.

Tim’s experience includes advising:

  • The majority bondholder committee in relation to the comprehensive chapter 11 and Swedish reconstruction restructuring of the c. €5 billion debt capital structure of Intrum, a leading European and listed Swedish credit management business
  • PlusServer, a German cloud-services provider, on its debt and equity restructuring transaction via an English scheme of arrangement
  • The ad hoc committee of term, RCF, and L/C lenders to ARVOS, a global manufacturer and supplier of industrial equipment, heat exchange, and transfer solutions, on its c. €590 million debt and equity recapitalization transaction, implemented via an English scheme of arrangement
  • The joint administrators of certain English subsidiaries of Babylon Health, a digital health service provider, in respect of the administration and pre-pack sale of assets to eMed UK
  • The provisional liquidators of Genting Hong Kong, a holding company of various cruise and resort businesses*
  • The lender coordinating committee in respect of the comprehensive debt restructuring of Comdata Group, a leading global service provider in customer management*
  • Companies and their boards of directors in respect of the management of liabilities, funding, and restructuring options and contingency planning*
