Tim Borgerson is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Before joining Latham, Tim clerked for Judge Daniel A. Bress of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Trevor N. McFadden of the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
Tim graduated summa cum laude from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as an editor of the Notre Dame Law Review. He received the Hoynes Prize, graduating first in his class.
