    Thomas Ficchi is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Real Estate Practice.

    Mr. Ficchi focuses his practice on real estate matters involving joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, secured financings, and M&A transactions.

    Mr. Ficchi is also a participant in the Read Ahead program, which mentors elementary school students in NYC.
