Thomas Dicsi represents banks, issuers, investors, and other financial institutions on a wide range of structured finance, securitization, and other complex financial transactions.

Thomas also has significant experience advising financial institutions and other market participants on derivatives and trading matters, including interest rate and currency swaps, credit default swaps, repurchase agreements, including committed repo facilities, prime brokerage arrangements, futures and clearing arrangements, and related collateral documentation. He also advises on hedging transactions in connection with financings and M&A transactions, including deal-contingent hedges, as well as regulatory matters affecting derivatives transactions, including margin requirements under the Dodd-Frank Act.
