Tayler Evan Daniels

Tayler Evan Daniels is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Tayler joined the firm in 2023 after graduating as a Levy Scholar from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Before joining Latham, Tayler was a summer associate and diversity fellow at a law firm based in Texas. Prior to attending law school, Tayler worked in the public sector as a high school teacher and in the private sector at Deloitte.

While in law school, he was an associate editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Social Change. Tayler served in leadership roles for the Black Law Students Association, Lambda, Trans Empowerment & Advocacy Project, and the Office of Inclusion & Engagement’s Student Advisory Board. Tayler spent a semester working as a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic, and a semester externing with the General Counsel of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
