Tatum Rosenfeld is an associate in the Century City office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.

Tatum represents a wide range of clients in complex disputes, including clients in industries ranging from entertainment, sports, and media to energy and utilities to retail and consumer products. Tatum has experience in state and federal court as well as alternative dispute resolution, including facilitating discovery, working with experts, motion practice, and pretrial and trial team management. She has taken several depositions and has cross-examined witnesses.

Tatum received her JD in 2021 from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, she served as the executive development editor for the Southern California Law Review, and she received The James G. Holbrook Award for her contributions. She also served as an LLM legal writing fellow and participated in the Immigration Detention & Appellate Clinic.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Tatum was a summer associate in the Los Angeles office and served as a summer extern for Judge Dolly M. Gee at the Central District of California.

Tatum is active in the firm’s pro bono program and serves as the pro bono co-liaison for Bet Tzedek Legal Services, a nonprofit law firm in Los Angeles.

Tatum’s representative experience includes:

  • Endeavor Group in successfully defeating contract claims on summary judgment
  • A major hair care brand in successfully defending against injunction proceedings and in arbitration proceedings
  • A bank in defense of claims arising out of a Ponzi scheme perpetrated by one of the bank’s former clients
  • Former directors and officers of major retailer in connection with RICO and fraud claims
  • A high-net-worth individual in state court litigation alleging breach of settlement agreement
  • A well-known privately held developer in an arbitrated real estate joint venture dispute
