Tanay Mukherjee is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.
Tanay advises clients including private companies, private equity sponsors, and private equity portfolio companies on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters across a range of sectors.
Tanay trained in the firm’s London office, gaining broad experience in private equity; mergers and acquisitions; entertainment, sports & media; and project finance. Tanay also spent time on secondment to private equity firm The Carlyle Group where he assisted on a range of acquisitions, exit processes and portfolio company matters.
