Susana began her legal career in Portugal, advising international clients on foreign investment, regulatory compliance, and cross-border commercial transactions.
Before joining Latham, Susana worked in-house as a member of Tripadvisor’s legal team, focusing on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, product counseling, M&A, and corporate governance.
