Sunaina Deol is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Restructuring Practice.
Sunaina has experience advising financial institutions, investment funds, companies, private equity sponsors, insolvency practitioners, and other stakeholders on a broad range of cross-border restructurings, insolvencies, and other special situations work.
Sunaina maintains an active pro bono practice. At her previous firm she represented clients seeking assistance under the Windrush Compensation Scheme. At Latham & Watkins she has signed up to represent survivors of domestic abuse in the UK through the Domestic Abuse Response Alliance (DARA).
Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Sunaina practiced at a US law firm based in London for over five years and also completed a secondment overseas to their New York office.
