Stergos Chatzidiakos is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Stergos advises clients on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, abuse of dominance and other regulatory issues, and represents them before the European Commission and the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA). His experience covers several industry sectors including technology, financial services and fintech, medical devices, manufacturing, retail, and consumer products.
Prior to joining Latham, Stergos worked in the Brussels office of another leading international law firm. He has also worked as a trainee at the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission, where he focused on antitrust issues in financial services.
