Stephen (Esteban) Woo Kee

Esteban Woo Kee is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. He represents clients in transactions and disputes related to business reorganizations. 

Esteban has experience practicing in a variety of insolvency settings, including chapter 11 cases, receiverships and state law creditor enforcement actions, non-US insolvency proceedings affecting US-based assets, and out-of-court debt exchanges.

He works with a broad client base of debtors, fulcrum security holders, unsecured and trade creditors, equity sponsors, and asset purchasers.

Prior to joining Latham, Esteban worked in the restructuring department of another global law firm.
