He boasts a sophisticated understanding of the financing structures utilized in the CLO market, including on warehouses and risk retention financings, as well as on middle-market ABL transactions and repackagings.

An expert on the EU Securitization Regulation and the UK Securitization Framework, Stephen regularly advises on risk retention, transparency, and due diligence requirements.
