Stephanie (Steph) Ference represents public and private clients in a broad range of corporate and M&A matters.

Steph advises companies on public and private and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and carve-outs, and internal reorganizations across sectors, including in the consumer and retail, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and renewable energy sectors.

Prior to law school, Steph was an officer in the United States Army; she is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and recipient of the Bronze Star.
