Steffi Ileona Birkholz is a Knowledge Management Lawyer for Latham & Watkins' German offices.
She has broad experience in banking and finance.
Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Steffi worked as an inhouse senior legal counsel with a German bank in Munich, providing inhouse legal advice on aviation finance and real estate finance transactions. Before that, she worked as a senior associate with another international law firm in Munich, where she concentrated on advising banks, lessors, lessees, sponsors, and project companies in connection with national and international finance and leasing transactions in the renewable energies sector, as well as in the aviation, rolling stock, and shipping sectors.
