Sophia Premji

Sophia Premji is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Sophia is a member of the firm’s Finance Department and the Banking & Private Credit Practice.

Sophia represents financial institutions, borrowers, and private credit funds on a wide variety of finance transactions, including acquisition financings and syndicated loan transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Sophia was an associate at another major international law firm, where she focused primarily on leveraged finance transactions and capital markets transactions.
