Soo Jin So

Soo Jin So is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Soo Jin represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and financings.

Soo Jin received her JD from Harvard Law School. While in law school, she served on the board of the Harvard International Law Journal and was an intern at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Prior to graduate school, Soo Jin worked in New York, Singapore, and South Korea.
