Sonali Ladha is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Sonali advises clients on corporate transactions, including issuers and initial purchasers in connection with securities offerings. She maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently assisting with the registration of charities.

Sonali is a dual-qualified lawyer and worked in the corporate department of a leading firm in India prior to joining Latham & Watkins.

  • The underwriters in connection with the offering of US$5.5 billion notes by the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange
  • Domestic & General, the market-leading appliance care specialist in the UK and a portfolio company of CVC, in the joint £350 million senior secured bond and £450 million-equivalent TLB refinancing of its existing indebtedness
  • The initial purchasers in connection with the offering of US$525 million senior secured notes and €500 million senior secured notes by Flutter Treasury DAC, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Flutter Entertainment plc
  • The underwriters in connection with the offering of US$1.25 billion notes by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, listed on the London Stock Exchange’s main market
  • The underwriters in connection with the offering of US$2 billion notes by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank
  • The initial purchasers in connection with the offering of €575 million Senior Notes by VodafoneZiggo
