Latham & Watkins Named Capital Markets Law Firm of the Year

Simon Cooke is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.
Mr. Cooke represents investment banks, private equity funds, and companies in public and private securities offerings, initial public offerings, and liability management transactions.
Mr. Cooke has experience on a range of transactions within a variety of industries. He previously worked in the firm’s London office. Prior to law school, he worked as an insolvency accountant.
