Signe Olsson

Signe Olsson is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Banking Practice. 

Signe’s experience includes advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition financings.

Prior to joining Latham, Signe worked in the Stockholm offices of a leading international law firm and a leading private equity firm.
