Sharon Yin

Sharon Yin is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice.

Sharon represents investment banks, commercial banks, private debt funds, and corporate borrowers in a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged financings and acquisition financings.  

She maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily representing individuals seeking asylum and non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining the firm, Sharon worked in the banking and finance practice in the Sydney office of a major international law firm.
