Shane Goodhue represents clients in connection with a wide range of real estate transactions, most regularly involving complex debt and equity structures. 

Shane draws on a broad range of real estate transactional experience in the service of giving sophisticated yet practical advice and guiding execution of his clients’ transactions, including:

  • Real estate M&A, including in connection with REIT take-privates and all-asset acquisitions

His experience ranges across various real estate and other hard asset classes, including offices, retail locations, data centers, logistics properties, life science centers, various residential housing structures, and others. 

Shane maintains a pro bono practice advising mission-driven organizations in connection with affordable housing developments. 

Prior to joining the firm, Shane led similar transactions at another white-shoe law firm.
