Sean Newhouse is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Mr. Newhouse advises clients on all aspects of UK and EU competition law and represents them before the Competition and Markets Authority, including high-profile merger control cases, regulatory matters, competition compliance, and general antitrust advisory work.

His experience covers several industry sectors including technology, fashion, and construction.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Newhouse worked as a professional orchestral conductor in North America and Europe.

Mr. Newhouse’s experience includes advising:

  • Farfetch in the expansion of its Luxury New Retail partnership, alongside Alabbar, with an agreement for Farfetch to acquire a 47.5% stake in YOOX Net-a-Porter (YNAP) and for Richemont and YNAP to each adopt Farfetch Platform Solutions
