Scott Webster represents private equity sponsors and companies with respect to complex leveraged finance and restructuring matters.

Scott has acted for private equity sponsors, companies, and lenders with respect to LBOs, refinancings, and/or restructurings on both sides of the Atlantic.

He has also researched and analyzed leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and liability management transactions for hedge funds, pension funds, and other buyside investors.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Scott worked for other global law firms, as well as several debt market intelligence firms.
