Scott Natsuhara is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Scott represents borrowers and lenders as well as venture capital and private equity firms with respect to debt financing.

In advising clients on debt financing transactions, Scott draws on his experiences prior to law school, where he served as a relationship manager and business development officer originating commercial loans and managing commercial loan portfolios at Bank of America and Banc of California.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Scott worked at another Am Law 50 firm in its finance and bankruptcy division, representing lenders in financial transactions, workouts, and enforcing creditor’s remedies on defaulted loans.

Scott is a member of the Japanese American Bar Association.
