Saúl Aguirre-Villarreal is an associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Saúl represents public and private companies, emerging growth companies, and venture capital investors on a variety of transactional legal matters, including:

He advises clients on a variety of transactions within technology, life sciences, and other growth industries.

Saúl maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum and citizenship in partnership with American Gateways and various 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations in corporate governance matters.

While attending law school, he was the executive producer of the Innocence Project Podcast and a legal extern at NPR’s Office of the General Counsel, working on non-profit corporate governance and transactional matters.
