Sarah Stebbins is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Sarah represents a variety of clients in antitrust, complex commercial, and general litigation matters. These have included merger defense, contract disputes, and collection enforcement, among others.

She maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients ranging from victims of domestic violence to individuals seeking asylum.

While in law school, Sarah won numerous high profile national mock trial championships including the Texas Young Lawyers Association’s National Trial Competition (2023), the American Association for Justice’s Student Trial Advocacy Competition (2022), and the Tournament of Champions (2023). Over the course of her career she has won over 30 outstanding attorney awards for her excellence in student trial advocacy. She has also coached trial advocacy at the high school, collegiate, and law school levels.

Prior to joining Latham, Sarah worked for a leading public accounting firm as a forensic accountant.
