Sarah Rodrigue is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Practice. She is also a current member of the Recruiting Committee, focused on local and global recruiting efforts for Latham.

Sarah represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies in a broad range of capital markets and M&A transactions, including:

  • Public offerings and private placements of securities
  • High-yield and investment-grade debt offerings
  • Mergers and acquisitions involving public and private targets
  • Special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) business combinations

She also advises companies on general corporate and securities matters, including public reporting obligations.

Sarah is a strategic advisor to clients on complex corporate matters across the energy, life sciences, biotechnology, and telecommunications industries, leveraging her cross-disciplinary experience to deliver results.

Sarah also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has represented individuals seeking naturalization and asylum in the US, advised small businesses, and volunteered at legal clinics for displaced youth in Texas.

Prior to joining Latham, Sarah was an associate at another leading international law firm.
