Sarah Propst is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.
Sarah represents clients primarily in patent litigation matters. She has experience in a wide array of technological fields, including biotechnology, nanotechnology, and semiconductors.
Sarah previously served as law clerk to the Honorable Kimberly A. Moore at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Sarah received her JD from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of The Journal of Law and Technology at Texas and interned for Judge Lee Yeakel of The US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Prior to law school, Sarah worked in pharmaceutical manufacturing, where she helped develop and commercialize oral dosage, biologic, and vaccine therapeutics.
