Sarah Jeon is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. She represents clients in a range of commercial real estate transactions including financings, joint ventures, commercial dispositions and acquisitions, and leasing matters. Such transactions involve a wide range of property types, including multifamily, office, hotel, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties.

While in law school, Sarah served as an Editor on the Yale Law Journal, Bulletin Editor on the Yale Journal on Regulation, and Editor on the Yale Law & Policy Review. She also served as Co-President of Yale Law Veterans and Vice President of Events for the Yale Federalist Society. Before arriving at Latham, she served as a law clerk to Judge Michael H. Park in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Prior to law school, Sarah was an active-duty Captain in the aviation branch of the U.S. Army for eight years, serving as an Apache helicopter pilot, company commander, and combat advisor.
