Sarah Greene is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Sarah advises companies and their boards of directors on corporate governance, public reporting, and securities matters, including compliance with Exchange Act disclosure requirements, proxy rules, insider trading rules, stock exchange governance rules, and securities regulation.

Sarah also has experience representing US and non-US issuers and financial institutions on a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and other equity offerings, investment-grade, high-yield and convertible debt offerings, and private placements.

Prior to joining Latham, Sarah was an associate at another leading law firm in New York and worked in-house at a leading global investment and technology development firm.
