Sarah Carter supports a range of knowledge management initiatives in the Private Equity Practice.
A member of the firm’s Corporate Department, Sarah has extensive transactional and advisory experience in UK and cross-border private equity transactions, private M&A, joint ventures, and all aspects of English company law.
Before joining Latham, Sarah headed the in-house M&A legal and company secretarial teams at a blue-chip energy company. Prior to that, she spent nearly 15 years in private practice, most recently as a knowledge management lawyer in the corporate team of a UK law firm. She also previously practiced as a private equity transactional lawyer at a Magic Circle firm in London and Hong Kong.
