Sarah Burack is a litigation and trial associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Sarah represents a range of clients in the financial, technology, and biopharmaceutical sectors in a diverse array of complex commercial litigations and arbitrations.
Sarah received her JD from Yale Law School and her BA from Harvard University. Sarah previously sat on the firm’s Associate Committee, and maintains an active pro bono practice focused on impact litigation.
While in law school, Sarah was a notes editor for the Yale Law Journal.
