Sara Margolis represents clients in complex commercial litigation, particularly in the pharmaceuticals and life sciences sectors.

Sara draws on substantial trial and case management experience to represent companies and investors in high-stakes disputes in federal and state courts. She regularly represents clients on a range of matters involving:

  • Antitrust litigation
  • Bankruptcy-related disputes
  • Breach of contract claims
  • Fraud and securities litigation, including class actions
  • Intellectual property disputes

She handles contested proceedings through verdict and appeal, bringing a pragmatic, trial-ready approach to litigation across the financial services, biotech, and healthcare industries.

Before joining Latham, Sara was a partner at a litigation firm in New York. She previously clerked for Judge Vincent L. Briccetti of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
