Santo Tiralosi is a Litigation & Trial associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Santo represents financial institutions, public companies, and individuals in disputes involving complex commercial matters.
He maintains an active pro bono practice, representing victims of domestic violence.
While in law school, Santo was a clinical student at Seton Hall Law School’s Impact Litigation Clinic, where he represented indigent clients bringing appeals in matters regarding constitutional rights. As part of that clinic, he briefed and argued a case before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He also served as a comments editor on the Seton Hall Law Review.
