Sandra Susan Mathew is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.
Sandra maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking permanent citizenship in partnership with Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. Prior to joining the firm, she helped low-income individuals in need of eviction defense in partnership with Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles.
Prior to joining the firm, Sandra worked as a corporate associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, India. Sandra represented private companies and private equity funds with mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate regulatory advice.
In law school, Sandra served as the President of the South Asian Law Students Association. She was also the recipient of the South Asian Bar Association of Los Angeles Merit Scholarship (2022-2023).
