Samyung Han

Samyung Han is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Samyung represents clients on a broad range of M&A and private equity transactions.  Samyung draws on his cross-industry experience to advise private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and strategic businesses, including in connection with:

•    Mergers and acquisitions
•    Sales, dispositions, and carve-outs
•    GP stakes and other minority investments
•    Reorganizations
•    General corporate matters

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Samyung was a summer associate in the New York office. Samyung received his JD from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he served as an online executive editor of the Northwestern University Law Review.

Samyung holds a doctorate in Music from Indiana University Jacob School of Music, where he served as an Associate Instructor of Voice.
