Samantha Rubinstein is a Litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.
Samantha received her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. While at Georgetown Law, Samantha served as a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Clinic, an Articles Editor for the Georgetown Law Journal, a competitor and coach on the appellate moot court team, and a Tech Law and Policy Scholar through the Institute for Technology Law and Policy. She also externed for Judge Amit P. Mehta of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and for the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division, Special Litigation Section.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Samantha was a summer associate in the Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. offices. Before law school, Samantha worked in corporate development in the technology industry.
