Sam Emmett is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Sam specializes in both UK and European real estate finance and advises a range of senior banks, mezzanine banks, and private capital providers on a full spectrum of complex real estate finance matters across Europe.

Sam’s experience encompasses the full range of real estate finance transactions, including on a cross-border and pan-European basis, such as:

  • Senior/mezzanine financings
  • Refinancings

Sam also has experience advising on back leverage structures.
