• C-Quest Capital in connection with a bridge financing of carbon capture projects in Malaysia
• The sponsors, led by Total, in connection with the US$20 billion financing by several ECAs of the development of an LNG Project in Mozambique; the transaction was named Global Multilateral Deal of the Year of 2020 by Project Finance International
• A trader with respect to the financing of the prepayment of crude oil production from the Bualuang oil field in Thailand
• The lenders in relation to various intercompany loans related to the US$250 million facilities agreement with a Turkey-based international industrial services provider
• Lenders to an international trading company in connection with a financing secured on a Nigerian pre-export financing 
• A Netherlands-based international oil and gas company with respect to subordination and intercreditor arrangements connected to the refinancing of its RBL
• An Indonesian oil and gas company in relation to various project development and financing agreements connected to the US$25 billion upgrade and expansion of the Cilicap, Balongan, Plaju, Dumai, and Balikpapan refineries in Indonesia 
• The trustee borrower on the drawdown, completion, and hedging arrangements in relation to the Jambaran Tiung Biru gas project in Indonesia
• Tokyo Gas in relation to a gas-fired power generation and power plant O&M business in Indonesia; this included undertaking due diligence and preparing a comprehensive due diligence report on the target’s multiple projects 
• The sponsors on the project financing and development of the Warradarge Wind Farm in Western Australia; the Warradarge Wind Farm is a 180 MW greenfield project with a 50 per cent capacity factor located near Eneabba in Western Australia*
• The sponsors on the refurbishing, operation and maintenance and project financing of the Albany Grasmere Wind Farm; more specifically, on the establishment of a power fund to meet its commitments under the Federal Government’s renewable energy target*
• The engineering, procurement, and construction of a 145 MW Akita offshore wind farm project off Akita Prefecture*
• New Energy Solar Limited on its acquisition of the 108.4 MWDC Beryl solar project in New South Wales from First Solar Inc.*
• Horizon Power in relation to its Onslow distributed energy resources project including the procurement of a system made up of solar PV panes, batteries, and a virtual power plant system*
• Infigen Energy on contracting for the construction and installation of a new 25MW / 52MWh Battery Energy Storage System to be located next to Infigen’s 278.5MW Lake Bonney Wind Farm, near Millicent in South Australia*
• Rivers Regional Council on the development, construction, and waste supply arrangements for a waste to energy facility in Western Australia*
• The Western Australian State Solicitors Office on the new Perth Stadium DBFM Project on the development of the contract for the design and construction of, and advising on the contract for the operation of, a new multi-purpose stadium in Perth, Western Australia*
