Sahib’s recent experience includes representing:

  • Dollar Tree in connection with the purchase of 148 Party City lease designation rights in Party City’s chapter 11 cases in the Southern District of Texas
  • Imerys Talc America, a mining company with North American talc operations that filed chapter 11, on managing its talc-related personal injury litigation and pursuing a Section 524(g)/105(a) channeling injunction
  • Pine Gate Renewables, a developer and owner-operator of utility scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States, in its chapter 11 case, addressing more than US$7 billion of funded debt and equity capital
  • Wolfspeed, a leading technology company, in conjunction with its prepackaged chapter 11 restructuring process involving more than US$7 billion in total debt obligations
  • Office Properties Income Trust, a national real estate investment trust (REIT), in connection with restructuring US$2 billion of total debt obligations as part of its voluntary chapter 11 proceedings
  • SI Group, a global leader in performance additives, process solutions, and chemical intermediates, in connection with an out-of-court recapitalization transaction through which SI Group reduced its outstanding net indebtedness by approximately US$1.7 billion
