  • BNP Paribas, together with Barclays Bank Plc and HSBC plc, as joint lead managers, on the first-time public securitization under Regulation S of a US$278.2 million portfolio of UK second lien and second standard security mortgage loans originated by Selina Finance Limited and beneficially held by Canterbury Funding Limited as part of a warehouse financing transaction
  • BRKZ DMCC (BRKZ), a Riyadh-based B2B platform that connects suppliers and contractors in the construction industry, on its US$12 million debt financing facility from Stride Ventures Limited (Stride Ventures)
  • Erad Technology Holding, on the US$30 million Murabaha debt financing facility for Erad Services – FZCO provided by Stride Ventures Limited (Stride Ventures)
  • Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO)
    • On its investment in a new public residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) transaction established by Lloyds, as sponsor, retention holder and arranger/lead manager, to refinance the Typhon securitization transaction undertaken by Bridgegate Funding plc
    • On the US$553.76 million UK public residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) securitization, Curzon Mortgages No. 2 PLC
  • JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., as lender, on the US$200 million private securitization of consumer and corporate receivables originated by Public Power Corporation S.A. – Hellas, a Greek electricity generator and supplier
  • Goldman Sachs, as arranger and placement agent, on the US$433.8 million broadly syndicated leveraged loan CLO transaction, Hambridge Euro CLO 1 DAC, for which Royal London Asset Management Limited (RLAM) acts as collateral manager
  • Hunter Point Capital, on its US$1.3 billion acquisition of a 16.1% stake in Equitix, a UK-based project management company developing infrastructure projects, from Tetragon and Equitix Management
