A recognized voice in the fund finance market, Ryan speaks regularly at industry conferences, including the Fund Finance Association’s Global Fund Finance Symposium, on topics such as NAV-based financing structures, structuring considerations for LTV covenants and intercreditor arrangements in multi-tier transactions, and market developments affecting rated note feeder and collateralized fund obligation transactions. He has been quoted in the press, including in Private Debt Investor, discussing the growth of NAV loans in the private credit market and the expansion of the lender base in fund finance.
Ryan participates in the Fund Finance Association’s Advisory Committee activities and is active in industry initiatives addressing the evolution of fund-level liquidity products, including NAV facility market standards and disclosure practices for limited partners and general partners.
