Ryan Owen is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department of the firm’s Orange County and New York offices. His practice focuses on complex intellectual property litigation involving trademarks, false advertising, trade secrets, patents, and other IP matters, as well as general commercial litigation.

Ryan graduated magna cum laude from New York Law School, where he served as staff editor of the New York Law School Law Review and was a student in the Patent Prosecution Clinic. While completing his B.S. in Biology, with a minor in Biochemistry, Ryan was an active member of the Lambda Sigma and Phi Eta Sigma honor societies, as well as several other philanthropic and charitable organizations.
