Mr. Owen graduated magna cum laude from New York Law School, where he served as staff editor of the New York Law School Law Review and was a student in the Patent Prosecution Clinic. While completing his BS in Biology, with a minor in Biochemistry, Ryan was an active member of the Lambda Signa and Phi Eta Sigma honor societies.
