Ryan Maamoun is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Ryan advises public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic investors on a range of complex matters and business disputes. Ryan also maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently representing victims of domestic violence.
While in law school, Ryan served as a judicial intern for Judge Amy Berman Jackson of the US District Court for the District of Columbia, a legal extern to The Coca-Cola Company, and he served on the Emory Mock Trial team. Since law school, Ryan served as a law clerk for Judge Malachy E. Mannion of the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Before joining Latham, Ryan worked as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dubai and Riyadh.
He is admitted to practice in New York, the US District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
