    Ryan Lindsey is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and member of the firm’s Restructuring Practice.

    Ryan advises debtors, creditors, equity holders, sponsors, and other stakeholders in connection with in- and out-of-court restructurings.

    Ryan earned his JD from Rutgers Law School, where he served as an editor of the Rutgers University Law Review and a member of the Rutgers’s National Appellate Advocacy Team.

    After law school, Ryan clerked for Judge John K. Sherwood of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey. Prior to joining Latham, Ryan was an associate in the restructuring department at another global law firm.

    Experience

    Ryan’s experience includes advising: 

    • DRF Logistics, LLC and DRF, LLC, Pitney Bowes’s global ecommerce segment, which provides domestic ecommerce parcel services, including delivery and returns, as well as cross-border logistics, in connection with their chapter 11 cases*
    • The Tranzonic Companies, a portfolio company of Peak Rock Capital, as the new-money DIP lender, prepetition secured lender, and successful purchaser of certain assets in the chapter 11 cases of Supply Source Enterprises, Inc*
    • An ad hoc group of secured noteholders in the chapter 11 cases of 99 Cents Only Stores, a discount retailer*
