Ryan Clore is an associate in Latham & Watkins’ Corporate Department and a member of the Data & Technology Transactions Practice.

Mr. Clore advises on complex technology transactions, with particular emphasis on information technology, business process and manufacturing outsourcing, intellectual property licensing, and strategic relationships. Mr. Clore also regularly advises clients on intellectual property and technology related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including carve-out and transition services related issues, as well as general corporate matters.

Mr. Clore has prior experience as a consultant in the area of software application analysis and development.
