Ruth’s practice focuses on appeals and dispositive trial court motions. Ruth has drafted briefs in high-stakes cases involving constitutional law, data privacy, and copyright law.
Ruth also maintains an active pro bono practice, which focuses primarily on impact litigation and criminal and postconviction appeals.
Ruth returned to Latham after serving as a law clerk to Judge William J. Kayatta, Jr. of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
